HotRank is an independent editorial project following emerging stories across the global internet. We publish original explanation, timely reports and evidence-based comparisons in English, with separately edited Simplified Chinese editions.
What we cover
Our launch follows two subjects: the Hotel Lobby AI remake format and March of Giants. AI coverage connects a trend's origins to production methods and advertised offers. Games coverage connects official test news to eligibility and gameplay context. These are focused stories, rather than an exhaustive list of products or every internet headline.
How products enter a story
A third-party site can help explain how a format works or give readers a relevant next step. Inclusion is an editorial choice about that reader task. Current comparisons use published specifications, with the method explained in each article. We do not sell rankings or featured editorial positions. If a future paid relationship is introduced, it must be disclosed close to the relevant recommendation.
What counts as evidence
An official announcement establishes an announced schedule or rule. A vendor's page establishes its advertised price or description. Independent reporting can add context or challenge promotion. An inference remains an inference. Our Hotel Lobby comparison demonstrates why a credit bundle is different from the cost of a finished video; the March playtest report separates announced eligibility from an actual invitation.
Two editions, shared facts
English is the default edition. Chinese articles are edited for readers who may need different background or clearer regional and language limits. Important dates, prices, settings and restrictions must agree across both editions. Different headings and explanations are welcome; conflicting facts are not. The language switch preserves the logical article.
